Location: Wallonia OR Antwerp 

Start date: ASAP



  • Prospection of potential clients in a given region, map companies and identify prospects
  • Define best and adapted solutions for clients
  • Convince clients via calls, emails, networking, meetings, etc. and come up with new and creative ideas to reach out to potential companies
  • Organise the follow-up of your clients and Business Development within internal tools
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with companies and collaborators
  • Set up and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Maintain and update your knowledge on internal IT tools related to HR, Payroll or legislations in Belgium



  • Min. 3 years’ experience as (Key) Account Manager in complex structures/products
  • Experience, knowledge or interest in HR: legal, services…
  • Motivated and driven in sales: always looking for innovative ways of selling and approaching potentials
  • Successful track record of sales or portfolio development
  • Experience using MSSuite and CRM
  • Fluent in French and English (for Wallonia); or Dutch for Antwerp – Proficiency in English is always a plus
