My Experience & Skills are:
I am passionate about SharePoint and its potential to support more advanced and efficient way of working in the modern and dynamic office environment. In my most recent role as a Program Manager, KM Practice I was responsible for putting in place a SharePoint/O365 based knowledge management platform (9 Countries, 250+ users) that supported document lifecycle management and collaboration across the business. As platform business owner my key task was to drive enhancement of functionality while partnering with various business functions/countries. This involved helping business to formulate the requirements, translate them into tasks for the development team, prioritize, plan and monitor the execution. Strategically I was responsible for setting up a roadmap for how we wanted to advance SharePoint area within the limitations of dependent MS technologies. From BAU perspective I was managing work allocation for small SharePoint development team based in Brussels & London. This was done via bi-weekly sprints where the work items were discussed, prioritised and allocated for execution. On a few occasions I had to manage external vendors (Delaware, PCube, Spikes) that were helping us to deliver functionality improvements quicker. Additionally, I was responsible for first line support and training. The later included activities related to onboarding of the new comers, running refresher trainings and organizing special on-demand info sessions. In support of training activities, we developed video trainings and created FAQ section with specific SharePoint knowledge articles. To promote SharePoint within a company and help wider adoption I was running a country-based community of SharePoint ‘super users’. Our monthly meetings with them covered the topics of best practice sharing, governance enforcement, operational improvements and SharePoint/O365 training in collaboration and content management. Solution wise SharePoint program I was managing delivered the following unique solutions: - Taxonomy based (no folders) document management platform – search response rate under 2 secs on 1.000.000+ documents. - Migration from 1.5m documents on unstructured share file repository to a new SharePoint platform achieving over 90% end user adoption of the new technology/new way of working - Integration of Macroview DMF [http://macroview365.com/] with MS Office and SP - used as a key driver in support of the above adoption of SP with user community - Visualisation of data/key business documents for easy access - achieved through enablement of google maps overlays in SharePoint. Effectively creating advanced searching functionality - Records management – over 10’000+ SharePoint ‘records’ to support of key legislative documents retention and archival - Creation of an ‘Asset passport’ in support of full document lifecycle management and asset transaction process - Creation of Project Spaces enabled with mobile access, OneDrive sync for offline document accessing and collaboration with externals Overall, I am a seasoned professional with the experience in logistics and commercial real estate industries. Through all my career I have been working in complex matrix based multi-national organisations in Regional and Global roles. During my professional tenure I have lead numerous projects and programmes up to the scale of 500.000 EUR. I additionally have an experience in creating and running a PMO office as well as managing a centre of process excellence. In my previous roles I had the reporting lines to CIO and COO and I am comfortable with dealing with people on all levels of organisation. I am Prince 2 and PMP qualified practitioner and I have an MBA from Manchester Business School. I am proactive self-starter with the experience of managing both remote and office-based teams. I am a believer in influencing through open communication and a collaboration based on knowledge sharing. I am Native Russian speaker fluent in English. My French is of conversational level and Dutch is basic. I am currently looking to expand my industry experience and competences for which I am looking for the next step in my career. Ideally, this next step would give me an opportunity to continue advancing my SharePoint expertise
